Daily rate (Minimum stay 3 nights) includes daily cleaning except Sundays, parking, use of the laundry, welcome breakfast: in you kitchen you will find an home made cake, milk, coff่, tee, orange juice,yougurt.
Winter closure is from the 7th of
January to the 15st of February.
Pets and animals are not allowed.

It is not possible to accommodate persons
over the maximum capacity of each apartment.
Facilities
There is Private parking and a large
garden with all types of garden furniture. All the apartments have their
own separate entrance, Satellite TV, a telephone with a direct outside
line, hairdryer, and independent central heating.
There is also a laundry room complete with
washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a
dry-cleaning service available with delivery within 24 hours.
Payments method
At the time of booking we require a Visa
or Master Card (card number, date of expiration, and card holder's name)
as a guarantee.
Cancellation policy
In case of booking cancellation the
cardholder will be debited:
-
45 to 30 days before the date of arrival we will charge
50% of the total amount.
-
From 29 days before the date of arrival we will charge
75% of the total amount.
-
In case of no show the 100% of the total amount.
Upon registering a security deposit of
150.00 euro in cash is necessary and will be returned in full on the day
of departure unless there are damages.
