In a palazzo on the main street of Montepulciano we rent two apartments, the Stefania Townhouse Apartment and the Townhouse studio apartment.
These apartments are directly managed by the owners.

This apartment is on the piano nobile and has two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with showers, a living room, foyer and a large kitchen.
On one side the apartment faces the main street and on the other it faces east with a view of the valley and lakes. The apartment is completely refinished and, with its large windows, is full of light.
Minimum stay is one week and it is available all year round
The studio apartment is on the lower floor and is ideal for one person or a couple. It is 30 square metres and comprises one large room with a kitchenette (equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster), sleeping area, small armchairs for relaxing and a large bathroom with shower. The studio has one window facing Borgo Buio lane and is delightful, practical and welcoming, with brick walls, wood beams and authentic terracotta floors.
Minimum stay is three nights and it is available all year round.
The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board is available to guests of both apartments.
The palazzo is in the ZTL, restricted traffic zone, but the closest public parking lot is only 100 metres away.

What's includedThe price includes: linens, towels, final cleaning, (for multi week rentals there is cleaning and a linen change at the end of each week), heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, use of the laundry room including washing machine, iron, and ironing board, satellite TV and 100 mega wifi connection.

- Any damages must be reported immediately. The cost of repairs and substitutions will be charged to the paying guest. Failure to report damages to the apartment could result in further charges. -
